We are seeking a Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative to serve as a high-visibility, relationship-focused representative of our company. This role is not a traditional sales position; instead, it focuses on client engagement, brand presence, communication, and event support across Florida and select national markets. You will represent the company at trade shows, chamber events, client meetings, product demos, and industry functions. You will manage ongoing client touchpoints, deliver lunch-and-learns, maintain professional relationships, and ensure the brand is presented with polish and consistency. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, polished, well-organized, and extremely reliable, with the ability to communicate the company’s capabilities independently and professionally.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company at trade shows, chamber events, client meetings, product demos, and industry functions.Manage ongoing client touchpoints and deliver lunch-and-learns.Maintain professional relationships with clients.Ensure consistent and polished brand presentation.Independently represent the organization at various events and client visits.Essential SkillsProven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.At least 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ideally in non-commissioned roles.Highly organized with over 3 years of experience in a role that requires national travel.Confidence in presenting, hosting events, and speaking publicly.Polished, professional communication skills (email, in-person, and phone).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with chamber of commerce or industry association engagement.Background in field marketing, customer success, or community relations.Exposure to security, construction, or government agency environments.Experience in event coordination and hospitality.Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.Warm, personable, and confident interpersonal style.Professional presence aligned with executive-level client interaction.Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences without using scripts.Work EnvironmentThis is an office-based role with approximately 15% local travel and 25% national travel. It includes frequent client visits, chamber events, lunch-and-learns, and trade shows. Work is conducted in a mix of air-conditioned office settings, industry event venues, and on-site demonstrations. The position is full-time with business hours and occasional event-based flexibility. All travel and business expenses are fully covered, providing opportunities to attend unique events, industry demos, and high-impact activations. The role offers a dynamic mix of office work, travel, events, and client engagement.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Jupiter, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr.
