Your job will be to get people to know, try and love BE-KIND through distinctive brand building, field marketing and building disruptive customer marketing solutions which get us noticed! This role will be based in Copenhagen.
Key responsibilities:
Lead local activation of brand strategy as directed by the Marketing & Category Lead:
Drive trial of BE-KIND bars by leading our field marketing strategy – managing our agency partners and network of brand ambassadors to facilitate sampling through instore demos, events and trade shows.
Elevate BE-KIND’s instore visibility – collaborating with Business Development Managers to implement engaging customer activation plans. Develop instore communications and manage the internal S&OP+ process.
Build BE-KIND’s relevance with our Nordic audience playing a key role in landing through-the-line marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and brand equity together with the Marketing & Category Lead.
Prepare trade decks to equip Field teams with effective sell-in tools for customer engagement and activity planning.
Develop the marketing budget forecast for annual planning and manage the marketing budget throughout the year.
Continuously evaluate performance across all initiatives to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Key experiences, capabilities and behaviours:
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role (essential)
Field marketing experience preferable, with understanding of how to plan a sampling calendar, manage a team of brand ambassadors, as well as track and ensure impact to drive future investment.
