Responsibilities • Responsible for supporting Senior Brand Manager in the delivery of brand growth targets through implementation of brand strategy and plans • Leads full category priorities, implementation, and operations • Responsible for implementing marketing activities to strengthen brand KPI’s and metrics • Responsible for packaging and end-to-end artwork management with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • SAP initiation/ product development / regulatory compliance/ industrialization (marketing specific actions)/ organizing for management approvals and launching New Product Development with excellence • Perform competitive analysis and research to inform brand strategy and plans • Development and implementation of promotion and campaign mechanics • Conducts post-campaign and post-launch analysis to identify learnings, gaps, and opportunities • Leads teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results • Financial process custodian (PO creations & management lead) • Manages procurement and payment activities for the category • Considers the impact of local regulations and nutrition guidelines on the brand • Manages contracts development and finalization with legal team and internal stakeholders according to PepsiCo policy • Responsible for monitoring performance on consumer and shopper preferences, and generating actions to maintain or improve brand preference and KPI’s • Manages end-to-end development and execution of brand projects including campaigns, promotions, and innovations in a timely manner according to brand brief and company objective Qualifications • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing is required • Good relationship-building skills, teamwork, and collaboration • Project management skills and experience • Strong initiative-taking, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure. • Fluent in English
