Principal Responsibilities

The role holder will support Hong Kong Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)in the development and implementation of their branch network initiatives and strategies.

In this role you will

Delivering an end-to-end network footprint planningResponsible for property related actions of Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)inclusive of Retail Network strategy planning and optimization, lease portfolio management, projects delivery on branches, express banking sites related actions and network occupancy planning.Assist to manage Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)'sproperty project related direct and indirect cost planning, recording keeping and oversight the spendingEngaging with Corporate Service team and their service vendors on property projects deliveryPrepare regulatory reporting regarding to branch and express banking service footprintComplaint handling related to branch and express banking service

Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline, knowledge and experience on property project management and/or retail rental market is highly preferredGood interpersonal skill for working with different business partners on project implementationGood analytical mind for handling MI and making recommendations to senior management for network distribution planningExperience working in dynamic environments with constantly changing priorities and complex requirementsA proactive nature, capable of identifying issues and initiating structured discussions with key stakeholders to mitigate those issuesCapable of engendering a true sense of urgency, pace, community and collaboration across stakeholders focused on meeting critical milestones
