ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:
Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agencyEnsure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervisionAssist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denialsParticipate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparationMaintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requestsSupport the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met QualificationsProven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care
Understanding expense management
Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions

Additional Job InformationAdoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services, an affiliated company who employs those individuals working for Adoration Home Health recently acquired certain Amedisys home health and hospice operations and is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Amedisys until January 1, 2026 at the latest. During this period, Amedisys will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under Amedisys employee benefit plans. On or before January 1, 2026, the successful candidate’s employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services, an affiliated company who employs those individuals working for Adoration Home Health.
