**Branch Manager (Service Department) – Electrical Contracting** Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking to hire a Branch Manager** for **full-time** work **, in Denver, Colorado** . The salary range for this position is **$80,000-$95,000** (based on experience). This individual will lead and manage a team of electricians with opportunity to leave the field over time if desired, oversee service operations, and drive performance in **residential, commercial, and industrial** electrical service projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven background in managing complex service operations. **Ultimate LLC Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and develop the Electrical Service Division from the ground up + Manage day-to-day operations including dispatch, scheduling, and quality control + Provide field support and technical expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial environments + Ensure adherence to all safety, code, and regulatory requirements (NEC Standards) + Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service work and support + Eventually manage service electricians and support staff + Collaborate with leadership to create growth strategies, pricing models, and standard operating procedures + Prepare and deliver project quotes and proposals + Maintain and manage service equipment, tools, and inventory + Track job progress, budgets, and ensure profitability of service work + Conduct regular job site visits to ensure workmanship and customer satisfaction **Qualifications:** + Experience as an **Electrical Service Manager** or similar role + Proven experience in **residential, commercial, and industrial** electrical work + Strong knowledge of **crane control systems** and **welding/fabrication equipment** + **ESAB certification** strongly preferred + Extensive experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics + Deep understanding of local and national electrical codes + Effective leadership, communication, and project management skills + Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master License (Colorado preferred) + Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record **Compensation:** + Salary range: **$80,000-$95,000** , based on experience + Competitive salary (based on experience) including additional commission structure + Company vehicle and gas card + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Growth opportunity within a fast-growing company **Benefits:** + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Employee assistance program + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Health savings account + Life insurance + Paid time off + Referral program + Vision insurance **Supplemental Pay:** + Bonus opportunities + Commission pay **Experience:** + Electrical: 5 years (Preferred) **License/Certification:** + Colorado Journeyman's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
