Branch Manager
Location: Montgomery, AL
DSI Security is hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations for our Montgomery, AL branch. With 56 years in the security industry, DSI continues to grow and expand nationwide while remaining grounded in our core value: Do What You Say You Will Do.
This role oversees a high-volume operation managing 4000+ service hours per week, with continued growth expected. We are seeking a hands-on leader who excels in operations, people management, and client relationships and is excited to help scale a growing branch.
Responsibilities
+ Manage daily branch operations supporting 4,000+ weekly labor hours, with a focus on growth and operational stability
+ Hire, train, develop, and retain Security Officers, Field Supervisors, and Operations leadership
+ Lead employee engagement, performance management, and accountability initiatives
+ Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure operational efficiency
+ Analyze financial and operational metrics, including budgets, profitability, and account performance
+ Manage accounts receivable and payable in coordination with corporate teams
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing security needs and resolving issues
+ Develop and enforce post orders, training programs, and operational protocols
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
+ Promote a culture of safety and risk prevention across all sites
Requirements
One of the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years of management experience
+ Associate’s degree with 3+ years of management experience
+ High school diploma with 5+ years of management experience
Additional Requirements:
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
+ Minimum 2 years of experience managing operational goals and performance metrics
+ Proven experience managing a large, dispersed workforce
+ Strong financial knowledge, including labor management, budgeting, and reporting
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
+ Law enforcement, military, or contract security experience
+ Executive or senior leadership experience
+ Experience managing high-hour or multi-site operations
+ Familiarity with operational or business intelligence reporting tools
