The **Branch Manager - FFF Loose** is responsible for leading a team to become the Best Local Supply House by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. They will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Through effective leadership, the Branch Manager will cultivate a positive culture and steer the branch toward growth and market leadership. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the design and execution of local sales strategy and customer experience to ensure branch achieves desired results. + Provide leadership directing all branch operations including sales, service (counters), warehouse and showroom to support sales growth and profitability strategies. + Lead sales activities, revenue generation, develop customer group strategies, and P&L management. + Ensure consistency in sales, safety, pricing, OSAT, logistics, and business priorities. + Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, customer-focused interactions. + Responsible for Own the Roof, 5 Daily Activities, P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development. + Build customer relationships and own House Account customers. + Manage and lead all associates in their location (sales, operations, logistics associates) driving customer first focus, accountability, and a high-performance culture aligned with company values. **Qualifications:** + 2 to 5 years of extensive relevant experience in delivering a customer experience strategy + 1+ years of management experience is preferred + Sound technical knowledge of sales performance management + Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams + Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations + Proven track record to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions + Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) At Ferguson, we care for each other.
