Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager – Sales to lead our Delhi branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue, achieving branch targets, and ensuring excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets

Drive revenue generation through equity, commodity, currency, and other financial products

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth

Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance

Ensure high levels of client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Build strong relationships with clients and partners

Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management

Handle escalations and ensure smooth branch operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in stock broking / financial services sales

Prior experience in team handling and branch management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of equity, commodity, currency markets, and financial products

Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred)
