Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is a leading US based provider of construction assurance, testing and inspection in civil and commercial construction. Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.
What are we looking for?
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing an assigned branch, including managing multiple departments and service lines, driving operations/sales, and people leadership.

What you’ll do:
Collaborate with other Senior Management to ensure effective and efficient operations processes exist in support of Intertek's key strategic initiative implementationWill manage, mentor and coach direct reports with the ability to effectively direct project teams and other managersEstablish strategic alliances with key decision makers, and instructs direct reports to do the sameStrategically supports the business through growth and/or changeBusiness development and collections activitiesLead employees to achieve optimal quality, safety and productivityProvide training and guidance to employees related to their job dutiesEnforce company policies and proceduresOversee management of internal quality program and accreditationManage recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for departmental hiresMonitor progress toward department goalsThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from accredited engineering/ABET school7+ years of leadership, management, and/or project management experience in Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical industryPrior personnel management, hiring and training experience Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving recordInternal PMCP completion within 6 months of hireAbility to travel as business needs dictatePreferred Requirements & Qualifications:
