Branch Manager
Position Summary: The Branch Manager provides leadership for the Branch(es) and works with the District Manager to create and execute our business goals and assures those goals are met by coordinating the efforts of each department. This role monitors results and redirects efforts where necessary to affect profitability and smooth-running branches.  This position works with current customers to ensure positive customer experience, including problem resolution and any related customer satisfaction activities.  This position has direct responsibility for the Branch staff and will collaborate with District staff members on a regular basis.   Qualified candidates for this role will bring at least 5 years of combined sales and leadership experience including ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with monitoring and impacting P&L, complete asset life cycle management, and annual business planning.   This position is located at the Penske facility located at 136 Neelytown Road in Montgomery, NY. 
  Major Responsibilities: • Talent Management - Branch associate engagement including collaboration among functions, problem resolution, & coaching and developing associates.  • Customer Experience – Satisfactory VOC scores and customer retention rates. Includes any account management activities. • Operations Management – Ensuring that the Branch meets district goals including any involvement with Fleet / Assets management  • Financial / P&L Management – Branch P&L performance • Other projects and tasks as assigned   Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree required• 5 years of combined experience in sales and management required• Must have intermediate level of skills with the following - Asset Management - Finance & P&L Management - Talent Management - Sales - must be familiar with deal strategy - Maintenance - must be familiar with key metrics and processes• Experience managing customer satisfaction is required• Must have prior experience monitoring and impacting P&L, complete asset life cycle management, and annual business planning• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required• Strong collaboration and organizational skills, including the ability to navigate cross-business functions• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead teams toward goals• Ability to assist with department efforts on interviewing candidates• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job• Successful candidate must complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (past employment, education, and criminal history), and complete a drug screening
