This candidate will oversee daily branch operations, leading direct reports while ensuring efficient high‑quality service delivery. The role manages client relationships, resolves escalated issues, and partners with the client team on performance reviews and service enhancements. It also involves monitoring operational and financial metrics, conducting quality audits, supporting business development efforts, and handling staffing needs such as hiring, training, and performance management.
