Job Description Position Overview: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who have successfully managed P&L operations and are ready to run their own business unit. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to operate with autonomy, manage your own business unit, and leverage the resources provided to them for fulfillment and support. Duties and responsibilities: Oversee branch operations with full P&L responsibility. Build and manage your own team of sales professionals. Set pricing strategies and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with fulfillment teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance and operational excellence across all processes. Skills and Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Active NMLS# must be presented. Proven experience in sales leadership and P&L management. Ability to hire, train, and lead a team effectively. Strong business acumen and decision-making skills. Existing team preferred but not required. From Loan Officer experience: Minimum 2 loans per month, averaging $1 million in volume. Form Branch Manager Experience: Team production of 20–36 loans per month in total volume.
