About the role:
In this role you will report to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the management of the Repco team, overseeing all branch operations and the business profitability. As a dual format business looking after both Trade and Retail customers you will need to have a flair for business, managing sales targets, budgets and new initiatives, whilst also being the key point of contact for both customers and team member.

Specific duties include:

Managing the store to increase sales and improve EBITEnsuring the store is highly competitive and attractive in the marketDeveloping staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledgeBuilding strong relationships with customers to ensure continued market leadershipContribute to the profitability, growth and return on investment of the company by developing and implementing strategic initiativesEnsure the branch safety standards adhere to OHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements, through effective communication with the team and an active approach to hazard identification and risk managementCreating a supportive and motivating environment for your team to learn and develop their skills and knowledge, whilst clearly understanding their role and accountabilitiesEffectively manage inventory to minimise costs to the business and maximise efficiencies.Are safety leaders, constantly striving to provide the safest work environment for themselves, team and customers.This role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving


Who we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a management position, with accountability for profit and loss statements5+ years experience within the automotive industryPassionate, sociable and engaging personality who will drive our staff to succeedProven experience developing relationships with a range of stakeholdersStrong business acumen in both sales and reportingExcellent attention to detail.
