As a Senior Associate in the Branch Expansion team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the operational readiness and transformation initiatives critical to the Payments organization’s growth strategy. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring compliance with local conditions. Your role is crucial in coordinating resources and contributing to the successful execution of branch expansion program.
Job responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives for branch expansion and operational readiness.Collaborate with Program & Product stakeholders to support deliverables and milestones.Communicate readiness pre-requisites and milestones with Operations, Client Service & Implementations teams.Partner with Legal, Compliance, KYC, COD, and Local Operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.Work closely with the Product Owners and Technology on prioritization of deliverables from a business and technology perspectiveCreate and managing holistic project plans to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones, escalating and removing blockersTrack milestone progress and provide updates to stakeholders.Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model and framework for new market expansion.Articulate and document the current/future E2E state across functions.
