Job Description:

Branch Director – Personal Care Services (PCS)Location: Jefferson City, MO

As a Branch Director – Personal Care Services (PCS), you’ll lead the operations of your branch with a focus on quality, growth, and compassion. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee staff, ensure compliance, and drive business development—all while keeping client care at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll DoAs the Branch Director, you’ll be responsible for:Leading branch operations: Oversee daily operations including administration, staffing, budgeting, payroll, compliance, and strategic planning.Driving quality and compliance: Ensure all services meet State, Federal, and corporate standards, while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and a culture of safety.Building and developing your team: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent; provide training and development; and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.Delivering client satisfaction: Monitor service delivery and client feedback, ensuring the highest quality of care coordination.Promoting growth and community engagement: Build strong relationships with referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners to expand branch impact and visibility.Reporting and planning: Provide accurate, timely reporting and contribute to strategic initiatives at the regional and corporate levels.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.Experience: At least 2 years in a fast-paced administrative or supervisory role, managing 5+ employees. Experience with Medicare/Medicaid home care regulations is a plus.Skills:Strong leadership and motivational abilitiesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationAbility to handle performance issues, client concerns, and sensitive matters with professionalismStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to internal software and mobile applicationsKnowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practicesOther Requirements: Reliable transportation and compliance with health screening requirements.
