Job Title: Administrative and Branch Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative and Branch Coordinator to support our operations in the rental and construction industries. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth branch coordination.

ResponsibilitiesWrite purchase orders and add to orders while supporting the dispatcher.Assist the supervisor by managing administrative tasks.Support storage operations on both sides of the branch.Assist with branch coordination, including handling disputes and credits, with provided training.Greet visitors, manage calls, and resolve customer issues.Oversee delivery and returns, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.Prepare reports, manage emails, and communicate effectively with vendors and customers.Track performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk controls.Order currency and maintain inventory levels.Educate staff on policies and procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in purchase order management, ERP systems, and data entry.Experience with Microsoft Office, administrative support, and customer support.Familiarity with SAP and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsAA Degree preferred or High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Alternatively, an AA Degree with 1 year of experience.1 year of experience in an administrative or branch coordinator role.Experience in the rental or construction industries.Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.Work Environment

The role is 100% on-site in an office setting located in trailers at our Carson location. You will work closely with branch and sales representatives in two main trailers onsite. The dress code is business casual with closed-toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
