The team you will be a part of The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.This role in summary

This role comprises of commercial finance and credit control related activities such as Account receivables, Inventory management, Sales Support and Business partnering with cross functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include

Receivables

1. Collection & banking
2. Credit limit reviews
3. Deviation approvals
4. Securitization
5. TP appointment and closure coordination
6. Ageing & Overdues
7. Inoperative and legal

Inventory and Supply Chain

1. Slow moving / obsolete.. Tracking and liquidation support
2. Graded liquidations
3. Physical verification
4. CFA Audit.

    
Sales Support and Business Partnering    

1. D&A effectiveness… maximising discount on invoice
2. P4P coordination and closure
3. Support driving PMR
4. Branch SG&A

Controls

1. TP Signoffs and balance Confirmations
2. Branch audit coordination and support
3. SOX adherence
4. Documentation
5. Drive commercial discipline

Minimum requirements

5+ years of post qualification experience into handling of Commercial finance and accounts activities

Qualified CA/ICWA highly preferred

Open for Coimbatore or Madurai location

 

Preferred skills and experiences

 

Proficient in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint

Exposure to one or more ERP Systems /SAP       

Adept in Commercial Finance or Credit Control in a manufacturing or FMCG/FMCD set up

Strong Communication and Partnering skills
