Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description Join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in managing invoicing and accounts receivable functions. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with field and sales staff, ensuring a seamless process through our ERP system. Responsibilities + Manage invoicing processes with precision and attention to detail. + Handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently, ensuring timely payments. + Collaborate with vendors to obtain purchase orders and facilitate smooth transactions. + Work closely with field and sales staff to support business operations. + Utilize Excel skills for accurate data management and reporting. Essential Skills + Proven experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or related roles, ideally 6 months to 1 year. + Proficiency in Excel. + High School Diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Professional email etiquette. + Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Work Environment You will be part of a small, close-knit team of five, including one lead admin, where communication is key and camaraderie is valued. The dress code is business casual, and the hours are 8am to 5pm, fully onsite with potential for remote work after training. Flexibility is offered for early arrivals. Our team often enjoys socializing after work, fostering a supportive and engaging work culture. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
