Branch Administration - Regional Manager
**Job Title:** Branch Administration Regional Manager **Reports to:** Senior Vice President of Branch Administration **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Salary Grade:** EX04 **Supervisory Responsibility:** Yes **SUMMARY:** The Branch Administration Regional Manager is responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting on the Bank’s Northeast branch network. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Trustco Bank’s Board of Directors. + Creates and analyzes report tracking mortgage production in the Northeast Branch Network. + Assists the BSA Department in monitoring and enforcing BSA regulations, policies, and procedures. + Creates and distributes reports tracking new account openings and monthly progress towards core account goals. + Produces weekly reports, monitoring CD maturity versus total branch CD portfolio. + Monitors deposits and withdrawals in excess of fifty-thousand dollars, tracking and reporting on trends or points of concern. + Analyzes monthly performance bonus compensation to ensure the accuracy of bonuses paid for sales production. + Inputs quality assurance results into a tracking document to monitor employee performance and concerns. + Supports the branch capture process by responding to branch and customer concerns and questions, via verbal and written communication. **REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** · A bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent level of education and experience. · Effective verbal and written communication skills. · Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines. · Ability to work well independently and in groups. · Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word. **PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** · Master’s degree in business related field. **POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS:** This is a full-time position. Office hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. **TRAVEL:** Travel using personal vehicle, occasional overnight travel. Valid driver’s license required. **LANGUAGE SKILLS:** Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace **;** bilingual skills a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, including but not limited to company policies and procedures.
