Branch/Accounts Payable Administrator

Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an Branch/Accounts Payable Administrator to support our Vancouver Branch located in Surrey, BC (Office Location - 19175 - 22nd Avenue, Surrey BC V3Z 3S6), reporting to the Accounting Manager. A Day In The Life Branch administrator responsibilities:Opening and/or closing branch dailyAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting them accordinglyKeeping reception area safe, clean and organizedGreeting visitors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed, and notifying office staff of their arrivalCoordinating booking of all boardrooms for meetings/training and coordinating lunch orders or catering for meetingsOrdering and organizing office supplies, printer supplies, company forms/stationery and business cardsOrdering coffee/breakroom supplies and keeping them organized, coordinating with coffee service companyDaily cleaning and refilling coffee machinesOrganizing incoming/outgoing mail and distributing accordinglyManaging and distributing incoming faxes (via email)Coordinating incoming/outgoing courier deliveries and distributing accordinglyManaging and updating employee directories and branch phone listsHandling all other miscellaneous enquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff and/or managerOther administrative duties as required
