We're looking for a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Superior, WI. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC-controlled press brake to precisely bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC brake press machines to fabricate metal components.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine and work area.Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience operating a CNC brake press.Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles preferred but not required.
