职位描述Leading and implement lean projects with customers in production and logistic area.Conduct lean trainings.Develop lean tools/methods according to customer demand.

职位要求Hands-on experience in implementing lean projects. e.g. Value Stream Planning, logistics planning, KPI improvementAbove 3 years experiences in CIP approach, lean elements and methods.Efficient communication, ability to solve problem, to leading others, to overcome pressure.Good English speaking and writing, presentation skills are required.Knowledge of IE, digitalization and logistics automation are highly appreciated.
