Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced BPO Team Leader to join our Business Process Outsourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of business transactions while ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures and risk mitigation requirements. You will lead a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining service standards and operational excellence through autonomous coordination and expert guidance.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure all business transactions are processed accurately and within established timelines to meet service level agreements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely reporting and handle complex process documentation, ensuring seamless communication across the department.
Ensure full compliance with all organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines to protect the integrity of business operations.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing or a related field, with a proven track record of coordinating the work of others in a high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of transaction processing and risk mitigation strategies to maintain high accuracy and operational standards.
Proven ability in team leadership and autonomous problem-solving, with the skill set to navigate established procedures independently.
