BPO Project Management Specialist
**Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently within scope, timeline, and budget. + Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. + Work closely with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, QA, and operations. + Drive **business process improvements** by assessing gaps and recommending optimized solutions. + Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and regulatory requirements. + Prepare project documentation including plans, status reports, and risk/issue trackers. + Facilitate meetings, conduct presentations, and provide clear project updates to leadership. + Collaborate with insurance domain experts to ensure accurate requirements gathering. + Monitor project performance and lead post‑implementation reviews. **Must‑Have Skills & Experience:** + **4–7 years of experience in Project Management** , with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. + Strong domain experience in: + **Insurance (Life/Annuity)** – _Mandatory preferred_ , OR + **US Healthcare** , **Property & Casualty** , **Payer** , or **Provider** – _acceptable alternatives_ . + Experience in **Business Process Improvements** , workflow optimization, or operational excellence. + Exposure to **Six Sigma Green Belt** practices (certification is an added advantage). + Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. + Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving capabilities. **Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5:30PM/3:30AM IST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
