**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and lead the performance of Business Process Outsourcing across multiple vendor sales organizations. This quota-carrying sales leadership role is critical to achieving aggressive sales goals and driving revenue growth. Success will be defined by the BPO organization's performance against company-set KPIs, ensuring our outsourced teams consistently align with Intuit’s values, sales targets, and overall customer satisfaction objectives. In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, performance, and development of outsourced vendors, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to significantly exceed both short-term and long-term sales targets.
**What you'll bring**
+ **Education** : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
+ **Experience** : Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying sales management/leadership role within SaaS or Financial Technology.
+ **Travel:** 50-75% travel expected. The person in this position will be expected to work on a hybrid basis out of multiple locations, including Tempe, AZ, Nashville, TN, and Intuit office locations. More information to be provided during the interview process.
+ Profound understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales technology platforms, with a track record of leveraging them to drive performance.
+ Extensive experience with managing and motivating remote and outsourced sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
+ Demonstrated and quantifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
+ Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data, identify trends, and make decisive, data-driven decisions that impact the bottom line.
**How you will lead**
**Revenue Generation & Vendor Performance Leadership:**
+ Lead and manage relationships with outsourced vendor sales teams, serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring they are fully aligned with Intuit’s business objectives and revenue targets.
+ Continuously monitor and analyze vendor sales performance, providing real-time feedback, intensive coaching, and targeted training to dramatically improve sales effectiveness and productivity, directly impacting revenue.
+ Work with our ecosystem team to optimize BPO relationships, pricing strategies based on economies of scale within the company, and selection criteria to maximize ROI and sales output.
**Strategic Sales Performance Optimization:**
+ Rigorously track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure and maximize the success of outsourced vendor teams, focusing on conversion rates, average revenue per user, and overall sales volume.
+ Proactively identify areas for improvement and rapidly implement strategies to drive significant sales growth and optimize performance, leading to increased revenue.
+ Conduct frequent and in-depth performance reviews with vendor leadership to ensure ambitious targets are not just met, but exceeded.
**Advanced Training & Development for Sales Growth:**
+ Partner closely with training teams to ensure outsourced vendors are equipped with cutting-edge tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell Intuit products and services and overcome sales objections.
+ Drive the delivery of high-impact training sessions focused on advanced product knowledge, optimized sales processes, and best-in-class customer engagement strategies to directly enhance sales outcomes.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration for Market Impact:**
+ Partner closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to strategically align on high-impact sales campaigns, product launches, and compelling messaging that drives conversions.
+ Provide critical feedback and actionable insights to internal teams about customer trends, challenges, and competitive activity based on vendor interactions, influencing product and sales strategy.
**Robust Reporting & Accurate Forecasting for Business Growth:**
+ Prepare and deliver regular, comprehensive reports to senior leadership on the performance of outsourced vendor teams, highlighting sales results, key challenges, and significant opportunities for revenue expansion.
+ Lead sales forecasting efforts, setting aggressive yet realistic expectations for vendor teams based on historical performance, market conditions, and strategic growth initiatives.
**Compliance & Quality Assurance for Sustainable Sales:**
+ Ensure all outsourced vendor teams are adhering to Intuit’s rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term customer retention and repeat business.
+ Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that interactions with customers are consistent with Intuit’s service standards, protecting brand reputation and fostering customer loyalty.
