Position: Business Process Owner Order Management
Location: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand
MISSION:
Be the Process Owner for the Order management, including Order Acquisition, translation of the Commercial Order Requirements (explicit and implicit) into Technical Requirements, Order Fulfillment Strategies and Orchestration Drive introduction of new features & methods supporting Optimization, and transparency of processes of order management (supply execution, planning, Transfer Price, Aftersales, Master data…) Ensure the proper functioning and standardization of the company's processes, and their alignment with strategic, operational, and business objectives. Deploy best practices and implement standard information systems. Coordinate process streamlining and improvement with local teams, and support changes brought about by improvements. Be the voice of Operations in projects impacting the process, representing information system’s users. Define the application roadmap for its domain, in coordination with the Group IT, the Supply Chain strategy and internal stakeholders,Description of significant activities
Organize the governance of the Process with Operations teams and stakeholders. Write the documentation related to the process and its improvement: process description, responsibilities, indicators, functional specifications. Plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the process and its improvement: description of existing situation, assessments needs, gap analysis, design/description of process and target activities (standards) Coordinate and manage the implementation of the target process Supervise the validation of the process functional description ("BBP-Business Blue Print"). Analyze overall process performance (cycle time, costs, productivity, responsiveness), based on central and local indicators.Work relations (internal/external)

Qualifications:
Level of knowledge equivalent to 5 years' higher education (Engineering school or Master 2 degree) in Supply Chain.
