**Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives focused on automation and operational efficiency. + Implement AI-driven automation solutions aligned with insurance business objectives. + Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate digital solutions across insurance functions. + Design, prototype, and deploy use cases related to Agentic AI and Generative AI. + Create comprehensive **documentation** , including process flows, requirement documents, solution designs, and user guides. + Deliver high-quality **presentations** to leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders. + Collaborate with IT, business operations, and product teams to implement scalable digital solutions. + Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements and industry standards. + Support change management activities, user training, and post-implementation reviews. **Must-Have Skills & Experience:** + **4–6 years of experience** in Digital Transformation consulting with hands-on implementation of automation solutions. + Proven experience in **Agentic AI and Generative AI** , including building and deploying AI use cases. + Mandatory experience working within the **Insurance domain** . + Strong **documentation skills** (BRDs, FRDs, process mapping, solution documentation). + Excellent **presentation and communication skills** , with the ability to influence stakeholders. + Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5:30PM/3:30AM IST at Chennai & Coimbatore location. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
