**Your role and responsibilities**
Lead business process outsourcing (BPO) projects for domestic corporate clients in the areas of indirect operations such as accounting, human resources, purchasing, and sales back office. The role will provide comprehensive services to clients, including application of new solutions and business transformation support in collaboration with the consulting team, as well as project management in cooperation with the delivery team.
・Provide comprehensive services to our clients, from solution presentation to existing clients and acquisition of new projects
・Conduct delivery management

Selling Point:
・Propose IBM's BPO experience to customers
・Use advanced technologies such as AI, Automation, and RPA to advance BPO
・Practice streamlining back-office operations through business innovation and improvement
・Leveraging Global Delivery(China/India/Philippines/Japan DX Center)
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Communication skills / logical thinking skills / internal and external coordination skills
Experience with any of the following is desirable:
- Sales experience, PM experience, consulting experience
- Experience working in BPO business
- Sales experience in services (able to communicate with customer executive level)
- Delivery experience in a business company
Team member background: sales leader, delivery leader, PM, internal accounting department, HR consultant, accounting consultant, etc.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
'-Experience in service sales without BPO experience
-Experience in outsourcing PM
-Experience communicating with customer executive level as a sales or PM
-Presentation skills
-Ability to prepare documents
