Job Title: Line Manager Advisory Senior Specialist
Type: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities: Ensure reliable, compliant, and secure People & Culture (P&C) operations. Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers on people-related queries. Provide expert advice on HR policies, processes, and approvals. Coach and support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and pay processes. Resolve employee relations (ER) cases and promote inclusive people practices. Encourage use of self-service tools; manage and close tickets via Salesforce. Maintain accurate data across P&C systems (e.g., updating org structures, allowances). Collaborate across P&C teams to drive efficiencies and adopt best practices. Stay updated on policies, business strategy, labor laws, and local practices. Identify and escalate opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements (Depending on Level): Level 3 / J (Entry-Level: <3 years experience): Developing HR knowledge and coaching skills. Some experience in ER, case management, and HR practices. Works under guidance; early-career or trainee-level. Level 4 / I (Mid-Level: 3–5 years experience): Strong HR expertise across multiple areas. Experienced in ER, talent management, and organizational change. Familiar with labor laws and matrixed environments. Able to coach others and provide professional guidance.
Level 5 (Senior-Level): Subject matter expert in HR, policies, and the business area. Works independently with minimal supervision. Skilled in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools.
