RED Global is currently seeking a Business Process Expert Manufacturing Quality Maintenance consultant to join one of their top clients.

Details:

Start date: November 2025 Location: Regional travel in China minimum 30% Length: 12 months - 15 months + Languages: Fluent Chinese and English mandatory

Required Skills & Experience:

Contribute to the implementation of the Core Model MQM (Manufacturing Quality Maintenance) in China. Ideally possess experience in Industrial Operations. Strong knowledge of SAP system setup, including process flow and transactional operations in modules such as PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance). Hands-on experience inputting and retrieving data from SAP ERP systems. Previous involvement in SAP deployment projects within the MQM perimeter. Solid understanding of Master Data creation and management in SAP. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the business to access and leverage detailed process knowledge when required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and adapt across diverse teams and cultures. Proactive, flexible, and self-driven mindset capable of thinking strategically, performing under pressure, and embracing continuous learning and improvement.
