Join a high-performing group working across renewable energy, water, Defence, transport and resource projects, with a strong pipeline and big plans for growth and innovation in ANZ. You’ll support the Melbourne team, contribute to our national technical group, and work alongside industry leaders, combining field and office-based work to guide best practice, technical reviews and project delivery. **How you’ll make a difference** + Develop, facilitate and enhance effective relationships with internal and external clients to support successful project delivery and future opportunities. + Provide strategic thought leadership and planning to drive the development and growth of the ecology practice. + Lead and implement complex ecological investigations for high-profile infrastructure projects, including baseline ecological surveys, pre-clearing surveys and targeted surveys for threatened species. + Oversee and prepare technical reports and plans, while empowering a team of ecologists through supportive leadership, guidance, bid coordination and project management. **Qualifications** **The qualities that help you thrive** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
