Bosch Career Acceleration Program – Boost
Over 24 intensive months, you will embark on a dynamic learning experience, exploring various areas of the Bosch Group.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will champion your development, offering personalized guidance, fostering insightful discussions about your professional aspirations, and providing constructive feedback to accelerate your growth.
Complementing this, you will benefit from a comprehensive and continuous training plan designed to sharpen your skills and expand your expertise.
Within this period, you will have three assignments, in Portugal (any site) and at least one international, depending on program alignment and business needs. The main business areas that will be considered in the program are:

We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn, a commitment to personal and professional development, and the ambition to build a fulfilling career at Bosch.
Education: Degree in fields such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Economics or fields related to these areas of expertise.Experience: Maximum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in using agile methodologies is valued.
