PURPOSE:
Exemplifies and ensures strong customer service in all areas of the job. Performs store level cash handling, service desk operations, and human resources and personnel functions. Responsible for the completion of the daily reconciliation funds handling and other recording and balancing functions. Provides accurate records of store sales and related transactions while supporting store sales, operating plan, and service levels.
 

Main responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Cash Operations
Responsible for reconciliation, accounting, and cash balancing functions, including safe counts, self-checkout registers, tills, and deposits. Monitor and Report Cashier Accountability
Investigates and reports issues such as cash variances, improper refunds, voids, and policy violations to management. Partner with Loss Prevention
Collaborates with Division Loss Prevention and front-end leadership to address shrink and cash-related concerns. Manage Hiring and Onboarding
Coordinates the full hiring process including screening, interviews, drug testing, orientation, and training. Administer Payroll and Benefits
Handles payroll processing, time record compliance, and benefits-related issues in partnership with HR. Maintain HR and Personnel Records
Ensures secure and compliant recordkeeping for personnel and medical files, including audits and updates. Coordinate Leave of Absence Processes
Manages documentation and tracking for disability, FMLA, military leave, and other absences. Support Front-End Operations
Acts as a liaison for front-end management, enforces dress standards, and may serve as overflow cashier or manage the Service Desk. Handle Administrative Tasks
Orders supplies, manages mail and email, updates communication boards, and maintains office cleanliness. Ensure Confidentiality and Compliance
Maintains confidentiality of employee and store information, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and labor laws.
