Bookkeeper Part Time
Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **bookkeeper** **Pay range: $25 - $33/hr.** **Shift availability: Hybrid in Newark NJ -- 5 -10 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm** **Duration: 3 months - can potentially be extended** **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now** **Position: Bookkeeper (part time)** **Minimum Experience Required:** College degree in an Accounting related field 5 years Bookkeeping experience 5 years using QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Excel We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. Flexible days/hours. Approx. 5-10 hrs. per week (hybrid environment) **Responsibilities include:** • Accounts Payable & Receivable • Maintain minimum balance checking account, record deposits and wire transfers • Reconcile Checking Account and Credit Card(s) transactions • Reconcile balance sheet with monthly Treasurer reports. • Develop and distribute monthly, YTD budget reports & Annual financial statements • Prepare annual budget and five-year future forecast • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts including tax line-mapping designations • Coordinate with Tax Department for annual tax filing • Participate in annual independent Audit • Provide daily off-site remote support to monitor and respond to requests from staff As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
