What's the Job?
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to maintain good vendor relationships. Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure cash flow stability. Assist staff and faculty with travel arrangements in compliance with university policies. Prepare and submit travel reimbursement requests, tracking expenses and maintaining proper documentation. Reconcile P-Card transactions monthly, ensuring adherence to university purchasing policies and maintaining records for audits.What's Needed?
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receiveable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
