Description
Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, truck bills, and maintenance-related expenses
Prepare and file certified payroll reports and compliance documentation
Process weekly payroll using automated systems, including timecards and electronic timesheets
Enter sales receipts, prepare bank deposits, and stamp/check checks
Record journal entries and maintain accuracy of the general ledger
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and month-end support
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, with volume fluctuating seasonally
Maintain positive vendor and internal customer relationships through professional communication
Support established SOPs and work effectively without getting overly detailed
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and management teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using QuickBooks Desktop
Certified payroll experience, including filing required compliance documentation
Prior accounts payable experience
Strong customer service and communication skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
