Description We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Clintonville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage essential accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including timely payments and collections. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision. • Prepare cash flow statements to support financial planning and decision-making. • Handle billing processes and resolve discrepancies as needed. • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for efficient financial tracking and reporting. • Ensure all transactions are documented and filed appropriately for auditing purposes. • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of Excel. • Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Familiarity with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. • Knowledge of financial reporting and cash flow management. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
