\n\t\t\t\t\tAssist with month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions.\nPrepare and post journal entries.\nProcess and record bank deposits and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.\nMonitor and follow up on aged accounts receivable.\nGenerate financial reports as needed.\nCollaborate regularly with the CFO and accounting team, supporting shared projects and financial accuracy.\nUtilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided).\nSupport general accounting functions as needed.\nMay take on some AP & AR tasks.

\n\t\t\t\t\t3+ years of hands‑on accounting or bookkeeping experience.\nAS or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).\nStrong understanding of basic accounting principles.\nExperience with ERP systems (any ERP acceptable; Business Central experience a plus).\nAbility to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with international teams.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.\nExperience supporting a manufacturing environment. (preferred)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
