Bookkeeper
Job Title: BookkeeperJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to team members.Assist with HR and compliance functions.Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Prepare and process Vendor and Customer invoices.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments.Collaborate with accountants during audits and tax preparation.Submit ad hoc timesheets.Essential SkillsExperience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Familiarity with ERP systems such as QuickBooks and Xero.Proficiency in MS Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (bachelor’s preferred).Additional Skills & QualificationsWarm personality that collaborates well with the team.Work Environment

The position requires working onsite with a 4x10 hour shift schedule. The company offers a family business atmosphere with opportunities to learn new aspects of the business.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Carlos, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
