Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual as a bookkeeper. This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $62,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, life insurance, 14 days of paid time off in the first year, 6 personal/sick days, and standard holidays. The position requires a 9-5 schedule, five days a week in the office. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, making journal entries, and communicating with vendors and tenants. The role also involves handling lease extensions and renewals, and using Skyline software. While experience in accounts payable and receivable is essential, we are open to candidates from various industries and with different software backgrounds, as we provide training for other aspects of the job.
