Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous Booking Verification Specialist to join our Deal Operations Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant processing of deals throughout the verification lifecycle, ensuring all foundational details align with internal policies. You will join a globally connected team focused on bridging the gap between sales opportunities and revenue through rigorous data validation and process excellence.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Oversee the opportunity-to-revenue verification process by meticulously validating that all required contracts, Statements of Work, and pricing documents are accurately completed and signed. Collaborate with global Commercial Teams and stakeholders to ensure financial metrics—such as Total Annual Amount and Total Contract Value—are accurately calculated and reflected across all sales documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and internal policies by maintaining a comprehensive process repository and identifying opportunities to streamline sales operations.What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in a senior sales support function. Strong knowledge of global sales processes, including financial data validation and the management of complex Service Level Agreements. Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving to independently resolve discrepancies in multi-country and multi-solution deal structures. A University Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, alongside mandatory fluency in English.What We Offer
