Our client, a dynamic leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Group Booking Specialist to join their team. As a Group Booking Specialist, you will be part of the Groups team supporting customer success. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
This position is a 90-180 days CONTRACT position and could go temp-perm!

Pay Range: $60K-$65K annually with performance-based opportunities
Shift: 8am-5pm Mountain Time, OT included
What's the Job?
Be a champion advocate for your portfolio of customers through the contracting lifecycle of their booking needs. Manage numerous bookings simultaneously at various stages of the contracting process. Collaborate with Group Sales Managers and customers to collect and execute hotel and customer contracts and billing with precision and accuracy. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining open lines of communication and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings.What's Needed?
2+ Years of Travel & Tourism in Lodging, Reservations & Group Reservations. Salesforce experience. Passion for helping businesses simplify their group travel needs. Extremely organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining high attention to detail. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, self-directed, and resourceful professional ready to grow their careers in a highly competitive environment.What's in it for me?
