JOB SUMMARY

The Booker Guest Acts is responsible for enhancing the entertainment offerings for our land and sea clients by strategically placing live artists throughout the programme. They are responsible for assigning, and regulating budgets in a way that not only protects profit but also ensures the best value for our clients. In addition, they should collaborate with the global business to effectively promote and make the most of our available resources and services.

KEY TASKS

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing budgets and profiling of all Guest Acts for our clientsDiligent placement of Guest Acts across the businessHave a strong understanding of the Guest Act industryDevelop strong working bonds with clients, artists, agents and venue managementLiaise with the travel team in the coordination of Guest Act logisticsNegotiate and process artist contractsWork with finance to ensure invoices are issued and paidEnsure collaboration and unity with the Agents Association and their Terms of BusinessAttend Showcases and Live Acts performances in the UK and Europe

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate (PC and/or Mac)Methodical and accurate with excellent attention to detailExcellent organisational skills essentialExperience in multi-taskingAbility to work under pressure and to a deadline

Character & Attitude:

A dynamic and innovative professional with a forward-thinking attitudeDemonstrate commitment to the business with a strong knowledge of our client baseThe ability to work under own initiativeA clear communicatorPassionate about the industry and a desire to discover new talent

Experience:

Experience within and knowledge of the Entertainment Industry is essentialPrevious experience in the cruise industry preferred
