**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as** **an** **Boiler Operator:**
+ Operate and monitor the boiler to meet production demands; assist with maintenance and inspection tear-downs
+ Mix, batch, and blend liquid products using pumps, valves, and tanks according to company formulas and procedures
+ Test inbound ingredients and finished products to ensure quality, weight, formulation, and labeling accuracy
+ Load and unload bulk liquid trucks and railcars
+ Prepare, set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, including forklifts and tools
+ Calibrate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and report safety hazards or malfunctions
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and complete all required production and regulatory documentation
+ Follow company, state, and federal HSE policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Communicate professionally with team members and clients and support team-based operations
+ Attend required training, maintain certifications, and report to work on time ready to perform assigned duties

Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day)
**Job requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Current State of Minnesota Boiler License (minimum Class 2-B) and ability to maintain licensure
+ Minimum of one year of boiler experience or 2,000 operating hours (or equivalent on-the-job training)
+ Mechanical aptitude with experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment, including boilers, pumps, valves, tanks, and hand/power tools
+ Basic computer skills and comfort with basic mathematics
+ Ability to follow sequential instructions for batching, mixing, start-up, and shut-down procedures
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
+ Ability to become certified and safely operate forklifts, motor vehicles, and similar equipment
+ Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a manufacturing environment
