This is a pivotal role within our Accident Repair Centre division, where you’ll oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll manage resources, maintain high standards, and create a positive, high-performing environment for your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a motivated team Driving productivity and quality standards Managing workflow and resources effectively Building strong relationships with suppliers and work providers

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre A Full UK Driving Licence Strong leadership and organisational skills
