This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that, with good attendance and a great work ethic, can lead to a long and rewarding career with numerous opportunities for advancement. Your New Role:Responsible for all paint prep and body work functions with little supervisionSeal all seams and prepare all products properlySand and scuff areas on vehicles that may have prior paint defectsGrind all welds and fill with body fillerWipe down all areas to be painted with a degreaser and solventMask off edges and areas where paint is not requiredTake tape and paper off after it is painted and driedFill any dents and gouges in metalAir file, mix sand, and apply body fillers to finished surfaceUse of double action sanderApply caulking to proper areas What You Need:Experience with Body PrepAbility to read a tape measure to the 1/16th Must possess mechanical aptitude and mathematical skillsAbility to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a jobPrescreen testing required Your New Organization:Make an impact by delivering industry-leading specialty vehicles that serve communities worldwide, from fire and emergency vehicles to commercial infrastructure trucks, street sweepers, and consumer leisure motorhomes and travel trailers.
