Responsibilities : + Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts + Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software + Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables + Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted + May occasionally close repair orders + May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing + May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software + Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements Qualifications: + Body Shop Experience (preferred) + Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred) + Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred) + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence We offer best in class industry benefits: + Competitive pay + Medical, Dental and Vision Plans + Paid Holidays & PTO + Short and Long-Term Disability + Paid Life Insurance + 401(k) Retirement Plan + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Lithia Learning Center + Vehicle Purchase Discounts + Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
