Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth is seeking a high-performing Body Shop Manager to lead our elite body shop team. Pay: 100,000k +

Hours: Full Time - 40-50 hours a week

Responsibilities:Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of production work flow.Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables.Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.Address customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring.Comply with company safety policies and procedures.Timely completion of body shop department reporting and month-end procedures.
