As a **Body Controls Calibration & Test Engineer** , you’ll play a critical role in developing and validating the electronic control systems that bring our vehicles to life. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own technical solutions from concept through validation, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality vehicle systems. **What You’ll Do** + Lead technical solutions across requirements definition, functional decomposition, calibration, and validation for body control systems. + Develop and validate calibration and test deliverables, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with program goals. + Troubleshoot and resolve software anomalies, driving continuous improvement in system robustness. + Perform complex design analysis, balancing requirements across features and functions. + Share best practices and support consistency across the global software community. + Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or component, mentoring and guiding peers. + Present data-driven insights, proposals, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + 5+ years’ experience in calibration, testing, or validation of automotive systems (body controls experience a plus). + Strong background in system requirements, design analysis, and test execution. + Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions to non-standard challenges. + Proven track record of working independently and mentoring less experienced engineers. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. **Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid.
